Location
Zone 4 is 9.15 square miles with a population of approximately 23,080 and includes the Nicholtown, Pleasant Valley, Heritage and Gower Estates neighborhoods.
Officers
Nineteen patrol officers are assigned to Zone 4. Officers work varying shifts and provide 24-hour coverage.
Priorities
Among the priorities for Zone 4 are focused patrols in the Nicholtown and Shemwood communities to address youth and gang-related activity; proactive patrols in Cleveland Park, Skyland Park and Gower Park; periodic use of unmarked vehicles to address autobreakings in residential areas; community education/awareness regarding gangs and building relationships with community leaders and property managers.
