What’s Course Work Is Covered?
The policy covers classes that are part of a degree program from any accredited institution. You must be working towards an Associates, Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree.
The program you register in must be pre-approved by your Department Director and the Human Resources Director before submitting any reimbursement request for class work.

How much can I claim?
For an undergraduate degree (Associates or Bachelors) you can claim up to a maximum of $750 per class and a maximum of $2,250 in any 1 fiscal year (from July 1 - June 30). You can also claim the full cost of tuition and fees and the cost of any textbooks.
For a graduate degree, you can claim up to $1,750 per class and a maximum of $3,500 per fiscal year.
